Lisa Steele-Maley, Author of “Without a Map: A Caregiver’s Journey through the Wilderness of Heart and Mind”
Lisa supported her father during his decline with dementia, from the earliest subtle signs of a slippery mind up to the late stages of a failing body. In the sense of deep purpose that caregiving provided, a strong reciprocal relationship emerged. Lisa’s presentation will invite us into discussion about how we can cultivate and sustain strong interdependent relationships throughout our lives.
